Reset your Citation 200
Press and hold the Volume Down and Voice Assistant button simultaneously for more than 10 seconds to restore the default settings programmed at the factory. When the factory reset is complete, the Citation speaker will automatically power OFF and restart. All settings will be deleted and you will now be ready to reconfigure your product in the Google Home app.
