If the orange LED lights are illuminated, this means that the microphone is disabled. You can enable the microphone again using the microphone logo on your speaker’s display (CITATION 300/500) or with the microphone button on the speakers without LED display (CITATION ONE/100/200).

The Citation Oasis had a slider at the back side to disable/enable the microphone.
