Reset you Citation 500
To restore the factory default settings, select ‘Options’ > ‘Factory Reset’ on the display of your CITATION’s speaker. All settings will be deleted and you will now be ready to reconfigure your product in the Google Home app. Or press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the CITATION speaker for about 15 seconds. All settings will be deleted and you will now be ready to reconfigure your product in the Google Home app.
