There are two ways to reset this product to factory defaults.
Display
Tap the display of your primary CITATION TOWER and select Options > Factory Reset. All settings will be deleted and you will now be ready to reconfigure your product in the Google Home app.
Reset Button
Or you can use the reset button on the back of your CITATION TOWERS (located near the power cord). Press and hold this button for about 5 seconds to reset your CITATION TOWERS to the factory settings. All settings will be deleted and you will now be ready to reconfigure your product in the Google Home app.
