HDMI CEC
If you use an HDMI ARC connection with your television, your TV’s remote control will automatically operate the soundbar for standard tasks such as powering on and off and volume control. The soundbar supports HDMI CEC and works with compatible TVs (consult your TV’s user manual for compatibility with HDMI CEC).
Automatic TV remote control
With most Samsung, LG, Sony and Vizio TVs, the soundbar will respond automatically to your TV’s remote control. If you use an optical connection, you can programme your TV’s remote control with a number of commands using IR Learning.
Programming the remote control
Tap your soundbar’s display, go to the ‘Options’ menu and select Universal IR Learning. You will then be guided through the process in four easy steps. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.
